| Status | Description | Triggering Action |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | The order is incomplete and not yet visible to technicians. | Created but not yet saved/assigned. |
| Assigned / Scheduled | The order has a date and a resource allocated. | Dispatcher/manager assigns a technician and a time slot. |
| In Progress / Checked In | Technician has arrived and begun working. | Technician taps 'Start Job' or 'Check In' on mobile app. |
| On Hold | Work is temporarily halted. | Technician/Dispatcher changes status and adds note. |
| Completed / Resolved | Service work is finished and ready for invoicing/review. | Technician taps 'Complete Job' and gathers signature. |
| Canceled | The job will not proceed. | Manager/Dispatcher closes the order with a reason. |
