Photo Capture Instructions
Steps for capturing and documenting work using in-app camera.

| 1. Access the Work Order | Open the Job | From the dashboard or list, open the specific work order or task. |
| 2. Navigate to Attachments | Find Photo/Attachment Section | Scroll to the Attachments, Photos, or Documentation section. |
| 3. Initiate Photo Capture | Tap the Camera Icon | Select 'Take Photo' or 'Capture Image' to launch the device camera. |
| 4. Capture & Review | Take the Picture | Preview; optionally annotate or add a caption (e.g., "Main Valve Leak Before Repair"). |
| 5. Save and Attach | Confirm and Save | Tap 'Done' or 'Save'. Image with metadata is attached and queued if offline. |
| 6. Verification | Review Attachment List | Ensure the new image appears in the Attachments list for the work order. |
