Order Templates

Create and utilize pre-filled templates for recurring tasks.

Step Action Description
1. Template Creation Start New Template Create a new template with a clear, descriptive name (e.g., Quarterly HVAC Check).
2. Pre-load Details Add Standard Elements Define tasks/checklist items, common parts/materials, default duration, and safety notes.
3. Save & Categorize Define Usage Save and assign a category. Set visibility so relevant teams can access.
4. Usage Apply Template to WO Select the template when creating a new work order to auto-populate details.
