First Work Order
Guide through creating, assigning, and completing your first job.

| 1. Initiate Creation | Click 'New Work Order' | From the main navigation bar or dashboard, locate and click the 'Create' or 'New Work Order' button. |
| 2. Define Scope | Enter Job Details | Provide a clear title, a brief description of the required work, and select the appropriate Service Type (e.g., Repair, Installation, Maintenance). |
| 3. Identify Location | Add Customer & Asset | Enter the customer's name and service address. Select the specific asset or equipment that requires service from the asset list. |
| 4. Schedule & Assign | Set Date and Technician | Select a start date/time. Use the dispatch tool or dropdown to assign the work order to a specific technician. |
| 5. Execute & Complete | Change Status to 'Completed' | Once the job is finished, update the status from In Progress to 'Completed'. Enter a brief Action Taken note. |
