Creating Work Orders

All methods and required fields for initiating a new job.

Step Action Description
1. Select Source Choose Creation Method Create manually, convert a request/lead, or use a pre-saved template.
2. Input Core Data Customer and Location Select customer and exact service location and/or asset.
3. Define Problem Scope and Priority State the problem, assign Priority (Urgent/High/Normal), and estimate duration.
4. Attach Resources Parts and Documentation Attach manuals/safety sheets and pre-load expected parts or services.
5. Save and Schedule Save as Draft or Assign Save for later review or assign immediately and schedule the date.
