| 2. Input Core Data | Customer and Location | Select customer and exact service location and/or asset. |
| 3. Define Problem | Scope and Priority | State the problem, assign Priority (Urgent/High/Normal), and estimate duration. |
| 4. Attach Resources | Parts and Documentation | Attach manuals/safety sheets and pre-load expected parts or services. |
| 5. Save and Schedule | Save as Draft or Assign | Save for later review or assign immediately and schedule the date. |
