Creating Reports

Use the built-in Report Builder to generate custom insights.

Step Action Description
1. Select Template/Start Choose Report Type Select a base template (e.g., Financial Summary) or start from scratch.
2. Define Metrics Select Data Columns Choose fields such as Work Order ID, Completion Date, Technician Name, Total Cost.
3. Apply Filters Refine Data Set Limit data by Date Range, Technician, or status (e.g., Completed).
4. Configure Visualization Choose Chart Type Pick visualizations like Bar or Pie charts to represent the data.
5. Run and Save Generate Report Execute and save configuration for future use or schedule automatically.
