Step Action Description
1. View Options Select Calendar View Switch between Day, Week, Month, and Agenda views for capacity and availability.
2. Scheduling Jobs Drag and Drop Assignment Drag unassigned orders onto a technician and time slot; color-coded by status or priority.
3. Booking/Editing Time Create Non-Job Events Book time off, training, breaks, or internal meetings to block service assignments.
4. Managing Conflicts Identify Overlaps Resolve flagged scheduling conflicts by moving jobs to new time slots or technicians.
